18-HOLE CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSE
Our member-friendly 18-hole, par 72 golf course is a challenge for all skill levels with five sets of tees to choose from ranging in yardage from 4,800-6,800 total yards. The golf course typically plays firm and fast with thick rough surrounding our lush “Blumuda” fairways and small, very fast-bent grass greens. Our closing stretch, holes #15-#18, consists of two scorable par 5’s, a driveable par 4, and a devilish half island par 3. At the end of the day, if you shoot your handicap, you have had a great round.
PAR 3 "FAMILY COURSE"
We are proud to be one of only two country clubs in the state of Kentucky that also has a nine hole Par 3 golf course. A perfect training ground for beginners, but also challenging enough for the avid golfer to hone their short game. The Par 3 course is a great place for the entire family to spend quality time together. Holes vary in length from 91-169 yards and each green features two holes, one regulation size and one over-sized hole for our new golfers.
GOLF PRACTICE FACILITIES
We have a wonderful state-of-the-art golf practice facility that is perfect for improving your full swing as well as your short game. The multi-tiered driving range with seven target areas is 300+ yards in length. We have NEW all-weather “real feel” turf mats for hitting during inclement weather. We also have two bent grass chipping and putting greens, as well as two practice bunkers. Our PGA professional staff is also available for private and group lessons.
Wit's End Putting Course
Our 38,000 square feet “Himalayan” putting green consists of an 18-hole putting course set up over rolling terrain with large undulations, peaks, and valleys. From beginner to advanced golfer, Wit’s End will leave you scratching your head and enjoying many laughs with your fellow putters. Guaranteed the MOST FUN you can have playing golf. PERIOD. Louisville’s coolest NEW 18-hole natural turf putting course is available for rental.
The newly remodeled Woodhaven Country Club Pro Shop is accessible year-round and is fully stocked with the latest merchandise and golf equipment at affordable prices. Our friendly professional staff can assist you with all your golfing needs including; scheduling tee times & golf lessons, establishing a golf handicap, registering for a member golf event, club repair, and club fitting.

You must be a member of the men’s or women’s golf association to participate in member events.
The Men’s Golf Association
Dues: $105.00 (+ tax) Annually
The Woodhaven Country Club Men’s Golf Association was formed to promote friendship and sportsmanship. All new members, regardless of skill levels, can have the opportunity to participate in a ton of individual and team events that are both fun and competitive.
You must be a member of the Men’s Golf Association to participate in tournaments. Golf association fees include your USGA GHIN handicap.
The Women’s Golf Association
Dues: $90.00 (+ tax) Annually
The Woodhaven Country Club Women’s Golf Association was formed for the purpose of organizing golf activities, promoting events, and encouraging friendly competition among the lady members. The Women’s Golf Association membership is open to all women golf members in good standing.
You must be a member of the Women’s Golf Association to participate in tournaments. Golf association fees include your USGA GHIN handicap.
- Platinum members may make tee times up to two weeks in advance.
- Non-Platinum members may make tee times up to one week in advance.
- All social members may utilize the Championship course Tuesday-Thursday, twice per calendar month.
Tee Times and Golf Tournament Registration are made through the Foretees electronic reservation system. Foretees can be accessed on the golf page of our FREE smartphone app. Members can also make tee times by contacting the golf shop at 502-491-9100.
Weekdays
Weekday tee times begin as early as 7:30 a.m. on weekdays. Weekday tee times are necessary until 6:00 p.m.
Weekend
Weekend tee times are necessary until 6:00 pm. Saturday tee times can be made by phone or in the Pro Shop starting at noon on Tuesday. Sunday tee times can be made by phone or in the Pro Shop starting at noon on Wednesday. Tee times begin as early as 6:30 a.m. on weekends.
Guests
Any guest may play twice per calendar month on the Championship course.

Trackman 4 with dual radar technology and virtual golf simulation is the world’s finest golf simulator used by more than 800 tour players. Take a lesson, practice on the virtual range, or play a round on more than 50 golf courses with 3D graphics. It is the closest thing to the real outdoor golf experience.
RESERVING
You must be a Woodhaven Country Club golf or social member to reserve a simulator time.
Guests must be accompanied by a Woodhaven Country Club member.
Simulators are rented by the hour by making a tee time in Foretees.

All guests will be required to pay an additional $10 guest fee. Rental prices do NOT include 6% KY sales tax.
RULES
All golfers MUST use provided golf balls and special BirTee tees. No exceptions.
There is a strict time limit. Thus, golfers must clear out when your allotted time has expired, even if your round of golf is not complete.
No food or beverage is allowed on the golf turf or in the golf bay area.
Spectators and golfers waiting their turn must stay behind high-top tables.
In case of technical difficulty, please contact golf shop representative or bartender.

Who do I pay for the simulator rental?
You will pay at the bar for the rental of your hour
Can I bring a guest to play on the Simulator?
Yes, the price for a guest to play is $10 per guest
How do I make a tee time?
All tee times will be made using Foretees located on the Woodhaven App
If you don’t have a Foretees account, please contact the Pro Shop at (502) 491-9100 and we will assign you a username and password
If you are unable to use Foretees please call the Pro Shop and we can book a time for you
What happens if I don’t finish my round in the hour that was rented?
In order to make sure everyone enjoys the simulators we will make sure that once your
hour is up the next person gets to start on time. For the simulators please be aware that
you have rented the hour and there are people who have rented times after you.
How long can I stay on the simulator at one time?
The max amount 1 person can stay on the simulator on the same day is 2 straight hours.
If time after your 2 hours is not rented you will have the option to stay on and rent more time
How will I know how to set everything up and how to use the simulator?
We will have a member of the Golf Staff on hand to make sure you are set up and to
answer any questions you have related to the simulator?
What all can I do on the simulators?
There are many different options for you to enjoy your time on the simulator. The Trackman Golf Simulator comes equipped with over 40 different golf courses and Par 3 courses. To go along with the golf courses you will also have the opportunity to get practice and help improve your game all winter long.

Do I need my own equipment?
If you don’t have clubs, we have rentals that are available, but we would recommend using your own clubs
Please be sure that your golf clubs are clean before use to ensure our projector screen stays clean
