Woodhaven Country Club is proud to host many social events for members and their guests for every season. Social events are the backbone of our social calendar and are favorites among our members. Our social events supplement the golf schedule during the season, give our members something to look forward to during the winter and enrich the overall country club experience. Live Music Every Friday Night, Spring Through Fall- Every year, beginning the last week of May and continuing to the first week of September Woodhaven Country Club provides lives music with many popular bands in our Cabana Bar out by our beautiful pool.

Family Night Every Saturday Night Through The Summer - Starting the first week of June, Saturday nights throughout the entire summer are family nights at the Pool and Cabana! This is a fantastic night for teh whole family to get together and enjoy great entertainment and family-style BBQ with slow smoked ribs, BBQ chicken, baked beans, potato salad, corn on the cob and cookies! To enterain the kids, we'll have inflatables, a kid's DJ, games, movies on our giant projection screen and great prizes for some lucky winners. Festivities and food are from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Food may be bought by the plate. Regular guest fee of $10 applies.

Easter Brunch & Egg Hunt - A delicious Easter brunch followed by an Easter egg hunt with the Easter Bunny himself! We pack over 1,000 eggs filled with candy and prizes inside them all. Reservations are required for this event.

The Mother's Day Brunch - Moms take care of us all year, so shouldn't we pamper them a bit on Mother's Day? Treat your mother to an elegant and affordable Mother's Day Brunch in Woodhaven Country Club's beautiful new Crytal Room and let her enjoy a lovely meal that she doesn't have to shop for, cook or clean up after. Magnificent, and just what mom deserves! You'll dine on a sumptuous menu prepared by our own Chef Galen and his culinary staff. Reservations are required for this event.

The Derby Bash - You won't wan to miss the annual Derby Party at Woodhaven Country Club! Derby Bash get's bigger and better every year with TOP SHELF open bar, ENDLESS buffet and mouthwatering hors d'oeuvres. Reservations are required for this event.

Member Appreciation Day - Member Appreciation Day is the perfect way for Woodhaven Country Club to show our members how much we appreciate you, and for you to show your friends and family how much fun we have here at Woodhaven Country Club! The pool opens at 10:00 a.m. andyou can bring up to 5 guests for free! We have an amazing deal on the course as well - members may bring up to 3 guests for $25 each, which covers greens fee, cart fee and lunch or dinner in the lounge. You must book tee-times for this event by calling the Pro Shop at 502-491-9100.

The Luau & Paradise Scramble - Take a summer "stay-cation" with us for our famous Luau and Paradise Scramble! Relax to the Island Music of Cato Watts and sip on a tropical cocktail by the beautiful blue water in the biggest pool in Louisville. We'll have an ice luge, and be serving liquor by the buckets! The Paradise Scramble shot-guns at 5:00 and the DJ for the BIGGEST party of the year at Woodhaven will start playing at 6:00. Get your most exotic Island wear ready, because we'll be handing out prizes for the best outfits in the Cabana and on the golf course! This is an ADULT ONLY party and the pool will be closing at 4:00 p.m. to begin preparation. Reservations are required for this event.

The Family Blast - The Family Blast is an EXPLOSION of fun! We have inflatables, a DJ, live music and a huge family feast. The pool is open late and our fireworks extravaganza bursts into action at sunset. Price includes dinner, inflatables, a DJ, live band and tons of fun! Reservations are required for this event.

The Dive-In - Woodhaven Country Club has it's own version of a "drive-in", featuring a 14 foot projection screen set up out at the pool. The snack bar has have plenty of popcorn to go around for our night of family fun. The party starts at 7:00 p.m. with a DJ and fun games, and the movie starts at dusk. We show only family-friendly, PG rated movies that change from year to year. Reservations are not required for this event.

The Haunted Hay-Ride & Pumpkin Carving Contest - Come ride on our spooky Haunted Hayride and vote on your FAVORITE spooky pumpkin in our Pumpkin Carving Contest! Don't forget your costumes! The hay-ride begins at dusk (children must be accompanied by an adult). This is one spooky event that everyone will be talking about, so don't be left out!. Red Cross Blood Drive - Woodhaven Country Club hosts two blood drives per year, one in the fall and one in the spring. Watch your weekly email newsletters for details. Change a life, starting with your own!

Woodhaven Waves Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser - This isn't your ordinary pancake breakfast! We serve it up the "Woodhaven" way with buffet style, all-you-can-eat regular, blueberry,and chocolate chip pancakes served with delicious flavored syrups, whipped cream and fruit accompaniments. Milk, juice and coffee will also be available and is included in the price. We also raffle a free swim team membership!

Sean Smith and Brad Lanning will be opening, followed by headliner MACK DRYDEN providing a night of hilarious fun! Mack Dryden has made numerous appearances on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and Jay Leno, and has had roles in many popular TV shows airing on CBS, ABC, and HBO. He was a writer for Bill Maher on the TV show “Politically Incorrect” and has had roles in multiple Movies. Reservations are required for this event.

Book your babysitter so you can come out to Woodhaven Country Club and eat, drink, dance be merry and walk-away with extra cash just in time for Christmas. Featuring $5,000 in-cash give-a-ways, a DJ, a live band, free hors d'oeuvres and Happy-Hour drink prices, this is sure to be the most exciting party of the year! This is an adult-only party. Reservations are required for this event.

If you would like to be seated with a group, the entire group must be registered and paid for under one name. We cannot accomodate seating requests made outside 48 hours of an event.
