The following selections are served with your choice of salad and fresh breads.


Grilled Ribeye  - Marinated ribeye served with loaded mashed potatoes and country style green beans. $18.95 per person

Beef Tenderloin - 9 oz filet atop a portobello mushroom served with a baked potato and asparagus spears with hollandaise sauce.  $24.95 per person

New York Strip - A 10 oz pan-blackened strip served with garlic fried new potatoes, sautéed spinach and pearl onions finished with a matre de butter.  $19.95 per person

Steak Diablo - Blackened ribeye topped with a spicy mushroom cream sauce and served with garlic new potatoes and vegetable gratin.  $19.95 per person

Rack of Lamb – Pan seared and served over wild mushroom risotto, with grilled asparagus and red pepper reduction.  $24.95 per person

Stuffed Pork Loin - Seasoned pork loin stuffed with chorizo sausage, spinach, onions and pepper jack cheese, served with fingerling potatoes and grilled vegetables.  $18.95 per person

Roasted Salmon - Potato encrusted salmon fillet served with asparagus spears and a chardonnay cream sauce.   $18.95 per person

Blackened Grouper - Served with pineapple couscous, sunburst squash and finished with an orange ginger butter.  $21.95 per person

Chicken Picatta - Sautéed chicken breast with garlic, capers, and roma tomatoes, finished with a lemon butter and served over angel hair pasta.  $17.95 per person

Chicken Brie Pasta - Grilled chicken breast, portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, and hazelnuts tossed with cavatappi pasta and a brie cream sauce. $17.95                                                                                                                          

Roasted Chicken - Served over havarti sage grits with sautéed vegetables.  
$16.95 per person

Grilled Rainbow Trout - served with wild rice and hert covert $18.95 per person

Seared Diver Scallops and Crab Stuffed Shrimp - drizzled with brown butter served over shitaki mushroom risotto w/ grilled asparagus $24.95 per person

Filet Oscar - 10 oz center cut tenderloin stuffed with juicy lump crab meat atop a balsamic sautéed portabella mushroom cap and served with red skin garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus spears.  $28.95 per person

Lobster Tail – 12 oz lobster tail served over fresh shrimp and scallop risotto and served with grilled asparagus and drawn butter. 
$35.95 per person
